Korean MMA Team to Compete in China

    The Korean MMA Federation is sending a team to the AMMA Championships in Luzhou, China, aiming to enhance international competitiveness.

    The event, from the 9th to the 11th, will see Korean athletes selected through a rigorous process participating.

    This competition follows the inclusion of MMA in the 2026 Asian Games, drawing top Asian fighters.

    Leading the team is Chief Vice President Park Pyeong-hwa and Deputy Director Jeon Yong-jae, ensuring support and safety for the athletes.

    The federation views this as a chance for athletes to gain international experience and prepare for future events.
