Top 100 list excludes MMA fighters

    Sportico's 2025 Top 100 reportedly includes no UFC or other MMA competitors.

    A Jan. 19, 2026 report by Jesse Holland notes Cristiano Ronaldo at the top of the chart while Canelo Alvarez is listed around $137 million.

    The roundup also reportedly places Jake Paul near No. 30 with roughly $60 million in total income.

    According to the coverage, the last time an MMA athlete appeared on the list was Conor McGregor in 2022.

    Industry observers say recent UFC media deals have not yet translated into Top 100-level pay for fighters.
