Usyk reportedly in talks with Dana White

Team Usyk director Sergey Lapin said on Jan. 21, 2026 that discussions with Dana White about Zuffa Boxing are underway for Oleksandr Usyk's next fight, reportedly.

Zuffa Boxing, part of the TKO/UFC umbrella, would be a notable promoter if a deal advances.

Lapin indicated opponent, timing and financial terms remain under negotiation and that only headline-caliber matchups are being considered.

Usyk, unbeaten and last active in a July title defense against Daniel Dubois, is exploring options for his return, according to sources.
