Rozenstruik arrested on domestic violence charges

Former UFC heavyweight Jairzinho Rozenstruik was taken into custody in Florida earlier this week on allegations of domestic violence and false imprisonment.

Police reports obtained by local outlets say a confrontation in a car on Monday escalated, with Rozenstruik allegedly restraining his wife and reportedly biting her arm.

He was booked the same day on battery and kidnapping/false imprisonment charges and was held on $3,500 bail, according to reports.

Authorities also placed a 48-hour immigration hold, and he remained in Broward County custody as of Thursday morning, sources say.
