Namajunas faces Silva

Rose Namajunas is set to meet unbeaten Natalia Silva on the main card of UFC 324.

In comments published Jan. 22, 2026, Namajunas said many of Silva's past opponents seemed to plan for takedowns instead of standing exchanges, a tendency she believes contributed to their defeats.

She drew a comparison to patterns seen with other elite fighters while acknowledging Silva's notable striking power.

Namajunas added she will not abandon her striking game, asserting confidence across striking, wrestling and submissions.

A victory over Silva is reportedly viewed as a pathway to a potential title shot.
