Dana White says White House event will dwarf Sphere cost

Dana White says the UFC card planned for the South Lawn will carry costs far above the company's Sphere production.

The promotion is reportedly targeting June for a marquee event featuring the sport's top names and several title fights.

White warned that security restrictions, crowd limits and bespoke staging are making logistics unusually complex.

He said the Sphere's reported $20 million price tag will seem trivial next to what the White House setup is expected to require.

Production sources say crews are building custom rigs and timing visuals around the lawn's layout, sun position and weather.
