Lewis misses Trump's return call ahead of UFC 324

    Derrick Lewis says he missed a follow-up phone call from President Donald Trump after a brief in-cage conversation following his last fight, according to recent comments.

    Lewis, who fights at UFC 324 this weekend (Jan. 24, 2026), says he screened an unfamiliar number and did not answer the second call.

    Trump reportedly asked UFC personnel to tell Lewis to pick up, but a longer conversation never happened.
