O'Malley defeats Song Yadong

Sean O'Malley defeated Song Yadong by unanimous decision in the UFC 324 co-main event at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Jan. 24, 2026.

The three-round bantamweight contest remained competitive and was ultimately decided on the judges' scorecards.

The victory ended a stretch of nearly 700 days without a win for O'Malley and marked his first triumph since March 2024.

He reportedly called for a title shot against Petr Yan following the bout.

Song returned after almost a year away and has now lost two of his last three fights.
