Tsarukyan criticizes Gaethje after UFC 324

    Arman Tsarukyan watched the UFC 324 main event from cageside and later questioned the performances of both Justin Gaethje and Paddy Pimblett, saying he believed he could have beaten either opponent.

    He reportedly suggested Gaethje is no longer the same fighter he was several years ago and implied the interim champion has declined from his peak.

    Tsarukyan also criticized Pimblettโ€™s game plan and hinted that Gaethje repeatedly allowed opportunities for his rival to survive the fight.

    The contender remains on a five-fight winning run but missed a title chance in January 2025 after suffering a fight-week injury.

    With Gaethje holding the interim belt, Tsarukyan said he would like a shot if other champion-versus-champion plans fall through, though those matchups are reportedly still being discussed.
