White says every fighter received bonuses

Dana White says the UFC previously handed discretionary bonuses to every fighter on a card.

He reportedly made the remarks at the UFC 324 post-fight press conference on Jan. 25, 2026.

Those payments were said to vary by performance and typically ranged from about $5,000 up to $25,000.

The informal system is reportedly being replaced in the Paramount+ era by a clearer payout model: $25,000 for finishes and $100,000 for performance and Fight of the Night awards.

White defended the prior practice while noting the new structure is more transparent for fighters, according to sources.
