Chandler targets White House bout

Michael Chandler says he plans to fight at the UFC's White House card on June 14 even if a matchup with Conor McGregor does not come together.

He told reporters at the UFC 324 red carpet that he is training for the South Lawn event and remains focused on headlining the show.

UFC president Dana White is due to begin matchmaking after UFC 324 but has publicly downplayed the Chandlerโ€‘McGregor pairing, according to reports.

Chandler enters the buildโ€‘up with a 23โ€‘10 record and has reportedly lost five of his last six UFC fights, including a stoppage to Paddy Pimblett in April 2025.

Final opponents and the full card for the June 14 White House event are still being discussed, with details yet to be confirmed.
