Lucindo accepts nine-month suspension
Top-10 strawweight Iasmin Lucindo reportedly agreed to a nine-month ban after an out-of-competition sample collected on Sept. 24, 2025.
The substance was identified as mesterolone, and the suspension is set to conclude on June 24, 2026.
CSAD has said her cooperation and documentation suggesting possible contamination of compounded supplements were factors in the reduced penalty, and she reportedly supplied negative tests before and after the flagged sample.
Sources indicate Lucindo could be cleared to compete again in the summer or fall of 2026.
