Paramount locks five-year 100 million per year deal with Zuffa Boxing
Paramount has reportedly struck a five-year broadcast agreement paying about 100 million per year to carry the newly formed Zuffa Boxing operation, starting in January 2026 and exclusive to Paramount+ in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
The arrangement is said to include roughly 12โ13 cards in year one, with select events possibly simulcast on CBS and other company platforms, and the deal is slated to run through 2030.
Zuffa Boxing is a joint venture between TKO Group Holdings and Saudi-backed Sela, overseen by Dana White, Nick Khan and Turki Alalshikh; TKO reportedly holds a minority stake and will receive an annual management fee.
The promotion reportedly staged its first card on January 23, 2026, and has signed IBF cruiserweight champion Jai Opetaia, who is expected to appear on a Zuffa show in March.
Observers describe the pact as a sizable financial wager on a new boxing promoter and a notable return to the sport for the streaming service.
